Meal Planning: Week of June 29th

Review from last week: 

We celebrated Greg on Father's Day by making him cook dinner for us :)  Good thing he loves his grill and is always happy to use it.  Delicious flank steak and salad.


Chicken tortilla soup for dinner (and a few lunches this week).  I love a good crock pot recipe.

 Blue Apron - salmon and quinoa/pea shoot salad.

Lamb and risotto-style ditalini pasta with green beans.



Miso-Roasted chicken with spring pea salad and jasmine rice.


Plan for next week:

Friday: Flank steak tacos with home made guacamole.

Saturday: We have a cooking class at The Pantry with Lisa and Evan that we booked several months ago.  I'll get stuff for Ben and my mom to make a Boboli pizza :)

Sunday:  Out - date night #2 in one weekend!

Monday: Grilled chicken or flank steak and salad.

Tuesday: Blue Apron Meal: Grilled Cheeseburgers with Feta-Watermelon Salad & Pickled Watermelon Rind.

Wednesday: Dinner at Shauna and Brandon's (rescheduled from last week when Ben and I were sick).


Thursday: Blue Apron Meal: Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Kale-Cabbage Slaw & Biscuits

Friday: Blue Apron Meal: New England-Style Shrimp with Grilled Green & Yellow Wax Bean Salad
